It is that time of year again. Hunting tax forms, reviewing receipts, and trying to remember where you put that last piece of information needed to satisfy the IRS. Here at the Philo Public Library, we have a couple of options to try to make the tax process a little less stressful. First, we are receiving a variety of 2011 tax forms and instructions. Tax forms can also be printed at the cost of 10 cents per page. Our next effort to help is Vernon Meier will be available at the Philo Public Library to assist you in filling out your tax forms. Vernon is trained by the AARP and can file most Illinois and Federal tax returns online. He will be working by Appointment Only at the library on Thursday afternoons beginning February 9th.
